"Embers of Memory" is an exploration of the lingering warmth and ache of the past. The deep reds and subtle oranges evoke the smoldering remnants of a fire—alive but fading, holding the echoes of something once intense and consuming. These embers are metaphors for memory: the parts of our past that refuse to extinguish, glowing quietly in the corners of our consciousness.

The faint, blurred forms in the composition are intentionally elusive, reflecting how memories soften over time, becoming less distinct yet more emotionally charged. I wanted this piece to speak to the bittersweet nature of remembering—how it can feel both comforting and haunting, vibrant and shadowed.

Through this painting, I invite the viewer to sit with their own embers, to honor the warmth of what was, even as it slips further into the intangible haze of time
